Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days. Meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to print your return label and drop off to shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, never have been installed or used. In original packaging with item numbers still on packaging, and include receipt or proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned include but not limited to brake kits, motors, controllers, batteries, EXT forks, custom rim sets.

Complete bike sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. If an ordered item happens to be on back order when it was marked as in stock, we will reach out via the contact info submitted for your order.
