We accept returns within 14 days. Meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to print your return label and drop off to shipping carrier. We charge a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, never have been installed or used. In original packaging with item numbers still on packaging, and include receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items packages MUST be returned in relatively same condition as it was delivered in. Any customers that return items with ripped/damaged/destroyed boxes will have a fee deducted from your refund. That fee will depend on the size and type of said item's packaging.

We do not accept returns for brakes, motors, controllers, or batteries unless the reason for return is either our or the manufacturer's fault.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is our fault such as sending the wrong part.
